Contact Privacy

When we contact you or you contact us, we will only subsequently contact you in relation to related to recruitment areas you have expressed an interest in, or areas that may be an option for you. Or to arrange to meet for a coffee!

You are entirely within your rights to ask us to remove you from our database of contacts (we hope you don't!). You are also entitled to request what records we hold on you ( that goes for any company who have your personal data, under upcoming GDPR regulations).

No other company or service provider will ever be given access to your data by us.

We will never divulge your application status to anyone. This is your working life and livelihood we are helping you with, we take that very seriously.

Record Detail

If you've sent us your CV or we have had communication, the details we record are - name, number, email, experience, notice period, locations that suit you, and your expressed goals for career. In addition, your Salary requirements, or benefit requirements may be recorded (eg. if you have a family, family-healthcare can be a prerequisite); along with details of companies you have either applied to; don't want to work for; or companies we have sent your CV to.

When we send your CV to a client, only your experience, education, and salary request goes to the client until such time as their HR takes over in the offer process. We will never take references for you unless we have your authorisation.

In addition to the services mentioned in the privacy policy above, we use a database to arrange our data, and only we have access to it. That's it!
